Specific guidelines that we follow when teaching Tai Chi to a new student. Our classes are led in a non-competitive, stress-free environment that encourages self-paced learning. Learning Tai Chi can be an absolutely injury-free process that actually brings out and heals old injuries as well.
New students are welcome to start at any anytime and will receive individual attention while also being allowed to participate with the group as a whole.
Cheng Ming Tai Chi integrates a warm-up routine that is flexible enough for all age groups from children to senior citizens with meditation and chi gong.
Classes for Seniors and Adults :
For adults who doubt their ability to engage in an exercise program, learning Tai Chi Chuan can persuade them.
Note : All "Tai Chi" classes are for beginners.
